Training program

First Aid Training

We build competence for correct, rapid response to emergencies at work and in daily life. Programs combine theory with realistic scenarios and, where applicable, support Ministry of Health–approved certification.

Expected outcome

Participants learn to secure the scene, apply basic life support, prioritise bleeding–burns–fractures–poisoning correctly and stabilise until professional help arrives. The goal is the right step without causing harm—not “doing something”.

Who is it for?

  • Organizations required to keep first-aiders on site
  • Production, warehouse, field and office teams
  • Staff in higher-risk workplaces
  • First-aiders whose certificates are due (refresher)

Program options

  • Basic first aid: CPR, bleeding, injury, burns, fractures, poisoning
  • Advanced: trauma care, advanced life support, critical scenarios
  • Ministry of Health–approved certified first-aid training
  • Refresher: update knowledge and skills
  • Practical / scenario workshops tailored to workplace events

How practice works

  • CPR / BLS practice with manikins and equipment
  • Bleeding control and shock-management scenarios
  • Site-specific scenarios (machinery, chemical, electrical, etc.)
  • Assessment, feedback and certification-process coordination

How we proceed

  • Define first-aider headcount need and risk profile
  • Select program type (basic / advanced / certified / refresher)
  • Training day: theory + practice + assessment
  • Certificates / attendance records and refresher reminders

Frequently asked questions

Is a certificate issued for every program?

Official process applies for Ministry-approved certified programs. Other programs may issue attendance / completion certificates.

How often is refresher needed?

Planned by certificate validity and site risk. Refresh before expiry; forgotten skills are rebuilt through practice.
